Is Kitebill a real product?
Not yet. Kitebill is a concept: this page is a design and front-end study, and nothing on it takes payments or stores data. The invoice demo at the top runs entirely in your browser.
Can I bill clients outside India?
Yes. Invoice in rupees, dollars, euros or pounds. For export of services under a Letter of Undertaking, Kitebill shows IGST at 0% and adds the LUT note your CA will ask for.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They get one link by email or WhatsApp, open the invoice in a browser and pay from the same page.
How do reminders work?
You choose the days and the tone. Kitebill sends each reminder from your name, and stops the moment a payment arrives or you mark the invoice as paid.
Does it handle GST?
It picks CGST and SGST for clients in your state, IGST for other states and zero-rated export for clients abroad, based on the place of supply you enter.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Your invoices stay downloadable on the Free plan.
